To say “everything has to start somewhere” is cliché but not wrong. Let’s begin with saving Democracy. Joe Biden isn’t perfect but he’s not out there talking about being a dictator, attacking the freedom of the press, making fun of his opponents like a 3rd grader, and he’s certainly not a snowflake crying at every opportunity to his supporters that he’s a victim of witch hunts. Not too long ago those who now identify as “MAGA” would make comments suggesting Obama supporters worship him as their king or god. I never saw much evidence of that. I saw people proud that their president came through on promises and ultimately presided over a successful presidency. They also pointed out his flaws. He wasn’t perfect. No one is. Yet, these same people are blindly following Trump to the extent that he can do no wrong. He could literally shoot someone in the middle of 5th Ave. and his supporters wouldn’t care! Every single thing they blame “Liberals” for is exactly what they are doing. One day the snake oil will run out. I hope it’s not too late.
